Who am I?

Hi! I'm Laura, the soul and hands behind Cavoli a Merenda, a sustainable craft project born in 2008 in Genoa. My passion for sewing and recycling materials has led me to create unique bags, backpacks and accessories, handmade with recycled fabrics and certified materials. Each piece tells a story of sustainability and creativity, sewn with care and attention to detail.

My adventure began with the desire to give a second life to materials, creating objects that are not only beautiful, but also eco-friendly. Each creation is a unique piece, the result of an artisanal process that enhances the past to create something new and special.

I like to think that my products can accompany people in their daily lives, adding a touch of originality and respect for the environment. On my site you can find a variety of accessories ready to be shipped, but I also love working on personalized commissions, creating tailor-made pieces to meet the needs and desires of those who choose Cavoli a Merenda.

The Shop

My shop, located in Genoa in Via di Ravecca 39R, is an artisan workshop where I transform recycled materials into unique bags, backpacks and accessories. Each creation is handmade, using ecological and certified fabrics, such as Oeko-Tex and GOTS, to guarantee quality and sustainability.

I love welcoming customers into my creative space, where they can see the artisanal process up close and purchase my products directly. I offer a wide range of items, including convertible bags, backpacks and accessories, often produced in limited editions. I love experimenting with combinations of vintage and new fabrics, creating pieces that speak of sustainability and innovation.
